The design concept we chose for this apartment design - EXCLUSIVE - exclusive, exclusive, unique and prestigious design. The idea was actually drawn from the programmatic demands of the customers who were looking for designers who created for their clients PERSONAL DESIGN, a personal design tailored to them, for them and their individual lifestyle. The owners of the house aspired to the highest quality standard of "haute couture" with its glamorous, luxurious and luxurious experience, and of course a warm, pleasant and comfortable atmosphere that meets the functionality required for a family with children. We created a space with a presence and a strong saying, worthy of attention and with a formal cleanliness alongside a descent to detail and precision, just like in "Hut Kotor". We created unconventional relationships between formwork and materials, textures, objects and art.
