An apartment in the old north of Tel Aviv, designed for a family of four. The apartment is located in an old building in Tel Aviv, about 100 SqM In the entrance to the apartment there was a dark lobby with a bedroom in front of it, the old kitchen was to the right of the front door, the kitchen was excellent, but it was blocked in old kitchen cabinets. The central air direction in the house of the large living room window was cut by the room that clung to the right in front of the front door, so no light came into the house and the feeling of space was not felt. During the design was made a big change in the structure of the apartment, so that all rooms were placed along the long wall of the apartment. The Master Bedroom - Master features private bathroom and shower and a large storage closet. The kitchen is set up next to the living room, with the kitchen and dining area overlooking the street. After the renovation you can see the big window in the living room that is completely open to the apartment. In addition, in the center of the house, a half-open wooden cube was designed with shelves that hid a functional work area. The work area is part of the living room, but is very intimate and hidden and includes many storage areas. At the entrance to the house on the left is the spacious and bright living room, and an open library that integrates with the existing windows is located in the dining area.In the architectural design, emphasis has been placed on planning that provides a solution for many storage areas, and efforts have been invested in smart design suitable for tenants, opening the space and allowing maximum light and air flow.
